Motorway “Scandinavia”

The motorway “Scandinavia” is one of the most important motorways in North West Russia, which is included in the European transport system. “Scandinavia” extends from St.Petersburg through Vyborg to the Finnish border and is part of the international motorway “Oslo – Stockholm - Helsinki - Vyborg - St.Petersburg - Moscow”.

The motorway “Scandinavia” is one of the busiest motorways in the Leningrad Region. Along this motorway international cargo is transported to and from St.Petersburg and other Russian cities. In this particular region there are a great number of garden areas, cottages, hotels and holiday homes. Also along this motorway many buses with tourists to and from Finland frequently travel.

One other very important advantage of placing adverts on this motorway should not be overlooked. Namely in the city billboards are lost against a background of houses, shop windows, signboards and so on. However, on the motorway they stand out significantly against the contrasting natural background and hence attract great attention from drivers and passengers alike.

The billboards are mounted on the motorway so that they have excellent visibility with an average vision-range about 900 m. This allows careful study of a billboards information to be made and even provides enough time for potential clients to note down telephone numbers etc.
